Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

The successful candidate would supervise the Facility Maintenance person in planned maintenance of plant and machinery maintenance for 2 locations. Applicants should be mechanically inclined and enjoy working on and around manufacturing equipment.

Full-time with benefits
$28.50 hr.
Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6 am – 4:30 pm
Flex Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts, or 4 10-hour shifts per week.

MAINTENANCE JOB DUTIES:
*Troubleshoot and repair machinery, ordering parts as necessary.
-CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, manual mills/lathes, CNC Press Brake, CNC Laser, CNC Punch, grinders and other smaller machinery
*Routinely check for breakdowns and machine errors.
*Reviews maintenance file
*Performs scheduled maintenance on machines
*Performs building facilities maintenance including plumbing and electrical, such as changing lights when needed.
*Maintain accurate and timely records of maintenance work performed.
-2 locations
*Oversee work done by various outside contractors hired to do repairs on machines and facilities.
*Enforce equipment lockout procedures for all machines and equipment when repairs are
being performed.

REQUIREMENTS:
*Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in machinery maintenance and building maintenance
*Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with operators, management, suppliers and contractors
*Computer competent with use of Microsoft Office suite
*Manufacturing experience is helpful
*Ability to read blueprints, manuals, engineering drawings and interpret specifications
*Ability to work overtime as needed
