Grinder

American Metal Specialties in Milwaukie, Oregon is looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Grinder in our Finishing Department.

The Finisher / Grinder position is a full-time position. We offer a full benefit package including 100% employer paid medical, dental and life insurance. Dependent coverage, short and long-term disability, AFLAC, and vision is voluntary is at employee cost. 401k, paid holidays and paid vacation round out our benefit package.

Day shift — (4 10-hour shifts or 3 12-hour shifts)
Day/hours are negotiable

$20.00+ hr., plus monthly bonus program is paid when company-wide monthly sales goal is reached.

– NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
– Must be able to utilize grinding techniques where cosmetic finishes are important to the customer.
– Ability to use hand tools needed for finishing sheet metal parts
