Quality Control Manager and ISO Administrator — day shift

Summary:

Oversee Quality Assurance operations. Supervise, and direct personnel including Inspectors, and other quality functions. Provide various quality related reports, and interact with all departments in quality related matters. Operate as a member of the Material Review Board, and other related matters. Work with internal personnel, suppliers, and customers in pursuit of continuing improvement practices, and problem resolution. Work with other departments to assure process improvement, and compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. Be involved in, and in some cases direct others in compliance of calibration, documentation, training, safety awareness, process improvement, and other areas as may be assigned.

 

Qualifications:

-Minimum of five years in a leadership role relating to quality principals, or equivalent formal education relating to same.
-Experience with manufacturing sheet metal parts.
-Experience in development and implementation of ISO 9001 principals, and practices, proven leadership abilities, documentation creation, and control, and ability to work harmoniously with other departments in the common pursuit of process improvement.
-Thorough understanding of inspection practices including, but not limited to blueprint reading, and interpretation, including a working knowledge of G.D.T., and instrument calibration.
