Sales Representative / Estimator – Sheet Metal, day shift

Primary Purpose:

          Establish and maintain long-term productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and maximize sales opportunities within them.

Job Duties:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Responsible for many accounts and often is the face of the Company to many customers.
• Communicates with customer regarding current and future projects
• Meet customer needs by coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Forecast and track key accounts
• Identify and grow opportunities with established customers

 Requirements:

• 10 years proven experience in sheet metal industry
• Previous experience in account management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.
• Excellent listening and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated
• Blueprint reading a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
• Ability to become proficient using Company production database
