Assembly / Hardware Installer

The Assembly / Hardware Installer position is full-time or flexible part-time position.  Full-Time: We offer a full benefit package including 100% employer paid medical, dental and life insurance. Dependent coverage, short and long-term disability, AFLAC, and vision is voluntary is at employee cost. 401k, paid holidays and paid vacation round out our benefit package.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE.  CHOOSE ANY 3 DAYS PER WEEK!  Or work a traditional schedule below.
Day shift:  M-Th, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
Swing:  M-Th, 3:00 pm – 1:30 am
Weekend shift:  Fri-Sun, 5:00 am – 5:30 pm

$18.00 hr., plus monthly bonus program is paid when company-wide monthly sales goal is reached (full-time).
Shift differential is paid in addition to hourly wage for swing and weekend shifts.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma or GED
* 3 years minimum experience in sheet metal mechanical assemblies

JOB DUTIES:
* Assemble hardware such as Pem studs, stand offs, weld studs, clinch nuts, screws, nuts, bolts, washers, dowel pins, etc.
* Ability to use Haegar install machine during installations with sheet metal parts
